Job Description:
We are seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative to manage 800 helpline calls and perform general office duties. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information to callers regarding health insurance for Medicare, ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and attention to detail in record-keeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound 800 helpline calls promptly.
• Conduct data entry of client contacts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with clerical functions, including mailings and inventory management.
• Support volunteer counselors with call transfers and information requests.
• Prepare training and presentation materials as requested.
