We are currently seeking a well-matched clinician to join our New Jersey team as a Hybrid BCBA. ABT is proud to offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Hourly or salary positions Hybrid role supporting in-home services to create your ideal schedule and caseload Benefits including earned paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision for staff working at least 30 hours per week Limited travel for in-home services CEUs Service Locations: Hybrid supporting home, virtual and daycares/ early learning centers Operating Hours: Monday - Friday. Daytime hours and after school hours. Weekdays only, no weekends required. Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training preferred Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst) Hybrid/remote experience preferred About Abt Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey.
