This is a full-time, direct placement role at CKP Heating & Cooling.

Leading HVAC Company has a great opportunity to showcase your fabrication experience in the role of Sheet Metal Fabricator!

We are hiring a full-time experienced HVAC Ductwork Sheet Metal Fabricator/Press Break/Plasma Operator.

Must be versed in all metal fabricating processes (metal cutting/ laser/ punching/ bending (hydraulic brakes and back-gauge programming).

Primary duties will be to operate the press brake and plasma table.
Other duties include operating shear, chop saw, machine punch, other metal fabrication tasks as needed.

In the role as Sheet Metal Fabricator you will be responsible for:

• Fabrication of HVAC Duct Work using plasma table and software
• Form parts using hand presses, hand brakes, shears, drills, and other various hand tools
• Must be able to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions
• Demonstrate sound safety practices
• Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
• Must be detailed oriented
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Able to operate a forklift
• Maintain clean and organized area

Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
