Our client, is seeking a temp to hire HR Manager with assisted living facility experience to join their team. You will be responsible for executing strategic HR initiatives, which include managing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Key duties include but not limited to administering compensation and benefits, onboarding new hires, ensuring legal compliance, and participating in workforce planning,Location:DC - onsite
