Responsibilities:

• Keep homes in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as mopping floors, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ability to make beds with an aesthetic approach
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Laundry
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Must be okay working independently and maintaining high level of performance.
• Notify and communicate with managers of needs for repairs, property deficiencies, and missing or damaged items.
• Close attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible hours
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Starting pay: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. Paid training.

Positions Available: Full Time, Part Time, Contract
