We are seeking House Cleaners to join our team! You will be part of a locally owned business with a positive reputation and a strong and and growing customer base. We are looking for part time to full time candidates to join our team. Advancement opportunities are available. Prefer experience, however; we can teach you the cleaning techniques and customer service necessary to perform successfully and grow within Evergreen Clean. Looking for individuals who are able to participate in teamwork and strive for customer satisfaction. • Clean residential homes and new construction homes
• Take pride in our job and customer satisfaction is a priority
• Must be very detailed oriented and able to follow directions
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others
• Must be self motivated and maintain positive attitude
• Able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties
• Able to climb ladder when necessary
• Maintain proper use of equipment

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred in cleaning, however also willing to train
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate and pleasant attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being dependant and on time
• Strong work ethic
• Has respect and understanding for coworkers and customers
• Work efficiently to complete all tasks in the alloted time
• Must have valid drivers license and vehicle
• Able to understand and/or speak English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
