Overview Baptist Health is looking to add a Hospital Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. The Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Shift Details PRN (working as needed), between the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, rotating weekends and holidays are required Location Baptist Beaches General Responsibilities Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned, including janitorial and custodial services Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes a variety of areas including but not limited to offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, and common waiting areas Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements Maintains a friendly and professional attitude Always follows safety and security protocols May perform other duties as required Equipment and Technology Baptist Health utilizes state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines. These machines break down the DNA of germs in the hospital environment before manual cleaning of an area is performed, helping keep team members and patients better protected.
