🛠️What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly.
• Conduct routine inspections and general equipment upkeep.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize equipment performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

✅What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

⭐Bonus Skills

• Experience in the printing industry.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting.
• Welding experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

For this role, you would also be eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days (excludes internal employees)
Compensation: 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour, 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour, and a bonus plan
