The Role

Head of SEO at Pearl Lemon Group (Remote, Full-Time, Leadership)

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of SEO to lead our SEO efforts across multiple brands and global clients. This leadership role offers the chance to manage a high-performing team within an award-winning, fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on results and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and scale SEO strategies for our properties and clients
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategies
• Manage a global team of SEO specialists, content creators, and outreach experts
• Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research
• Report KPIs, insights, and growth metrics to the executive team
• Stay updated on search trends, algorithm changes, and new tools
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams for seamless execution

Ideal Profile

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in SEO with leadership experience in an agency or high-growth setting
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC
• Experience managing multiple clients or websites
• Analytical mindset with proven growth results
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Bonus: International SEO and large-scale link-building experience
