Site Enhancement Services is currently seeking an entry level Graphic Designer to join our consulting group! We are looking for someone who works well within a team with the ability to create graphic renderings for an established client base. Primary responsibilities include completion of technical drawings and overlays. This role requires continual learning and diligence to conduct business in accordance with established guidelines and company standards. Responsibilities and Duties

• Create print ready files and technical drawings based on conceptual images.
• Brainstorm and problem-solve with Design team.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to execute time sensitive materials.
• Organize complex concepts and develop clear and concise presentation files that support them.
• Read, comprehend, and interpret engineering and architectural construction plans and municipal code.
• Understand the use of aerial photographs and technical survey images/photos.
• Understand sign locations in the built environment, sightlines, and visibility requirements
• Convert measurements as well as calculate advanced math problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Architectural/technical design experience is a plus
• Ability to adhere to branding guidelines and implement designs accordingly
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and aesthetic sense
• Effective communication and writing skills
• Ability to problem solve and make decisive and consistent decisions
• Ability to maintain professional, high-quality work on all design deliverables and presentations while also producing a quantitative output
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and manage time and workload both individually and as a team to ensure deadlines are met
• Must submit PDF portfolio or web portfolio link with application
