Job Type: Contract to Perm

Compensation Range: $21 - 28 per hour

Join our client's dynamic and creative team as a Graphic Designer , where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing their brand to life through impactful and visually appealing designs.


This role starts as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position, offering you the flexibility to grow within the company. While candidates who can work on-site are preferred, our client is open to remote work for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

Design & Production

• Create a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, standees, POP displays, and posters.
• Develop business cards, banners, and signage for trade shows and events.
• Design logos and iconography as needed, and assist in brand exploration and expansion efforts.
• Create artwork for private label products, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Design compelling advertisement artwork for press and other media outlets.
• Design promotional items and merchandise, tailored to specific campaigns and events.
• Create infographics and other design elements to support marketing initiatives.
• Design front labels, back labels, strap set labels, and consumer sample labels for new SKU launches.
• Assist in sourcing brand-appropriate room scene photography to enhance visual storytelling.

Photography Proofing & Design

• Proof and compare SKU digital photography assets to ensure consistency in color and quality across different formats, including angle shots, single plank shots, scans, room scenes, and silo images.
• Batch export optimized website assets at correct aspect ratios, ensuring seamless integration into digital platforms.
• Create single plank with profile images as needed, ensuring visual accuracy and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Entry Level
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proof and ensure color consistency across different mediums.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
