Filly Flair is an established and rapidly growing online women’s clothing boutique on the edge of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast paced, growing business. This role is part time but could be full time with some other marketing responsibilities. This is a role for someone passionate about e-commerce, email, social, and storytelling—who also understands fashion and merchandising. Responsibilities Create visual content that engages our audience, including social media promos, website CTAs, website layouts, and email design. Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and storytelling, ensuring all designs align with our brand’s vision and voice. Manage the design calendar to ensure all assets are executed on time. Communicate and collaborate with a diverse team to accomplish marketing goals. Potential to create merchandise concepts and designs for apparel, print materials, and beyond. Qualifications Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy. Willingness to travel to the Crooks/Renner exit to work. Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the US.
