Giles Automotive Group based in southwest Louisiana is seeking an Automotive General Manager to oversee our operations at one of our locations in Acadiana. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans for sales and profitability. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team. Ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards. Analyze local market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies. Manage inventory and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profit margins.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive management In-depth knowledge of local automotive operations and dealership management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Emphasis on stable work history without frequent job changes. Preference for candidates residing within the Gulf Coast region.
