GOOD TO KNOW Monday to Friday, opportunity to work overtime 8-10 hour days 3 month contract A DAY IN THE LIFE Perform general construction duties including site prep, cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and assisting trades. Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials using tape measure and other hand/ power tools. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with a team. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience as a General Construction Labourer working on a construction site. Ability to read and use a tape measure. Experience with power tools. Ability to follow instructions from supervisor(s) to perform manual labour tasks. Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication. Ability to interface and communicate well with others. Understand and follow oral and written directions. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation. Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required. Must have CSA approved safety boots.
