Job Description

A large household comprising of a couple and ten children is looking to hire a Nanny or Manny to join a team of eight nannies. The household consist of ten children age ranges from ages 2 to 16 years. The older children are more independent and require less supervision. There is a team of eight nannies and there is an average of 3 to 4 nannies per shift. The right candidate has experience working with a team, responsible, great communication skills and stay organize under pressure.

This is a full-time commitment, which requires flexibility to work various shifts, travel with the family, work as part of a nanny team and household staff.

There are two shifts, requiring 5 days schedule with two consecutive days off. The workdays are flexible to include weekdays and weekends. The shifts are on rotation and all nannies must be able to work both day and evening schedules.

The position is live out, 5 days per week, averaging 45 to 50 hours per week, working a rotating schedule: 6am-3pm & 3pm-11pm), including rotational weekend. This is a fully staffed home with a House Manager, Personal Assistants, Chef, Housekeeping Staff, and a Nanny team.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to ;

• Provide general care and supervision for the children
• Work together with the parents as well as other nannies and staff in the home
• Leading the team, scheduling nannies, ordering supplies, staying up to date on children's activities and communicating with the team
• Help prepare children for school.
• Drop and pick up from school and other extracurricular activities
• Ensure that children complete their homework/study
• Follow the children's daily schedules and routines
• Help with bathing, dressing & grooming,
• Organize the children's areas and personal belongings
• Ensure that they are fed, Prepare light snacks etc.
• All other nanny related duties

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years Nanny exp. with references
• Early childhood education or related educational background a plus
• Drivers license & clean driving record
• CPR & First Aid certifications
• Good communicator and strong team player

Compensation & Benefits : $30 to $35 per hour based on experience, yearly performance bonus and salary increase, PTO, Overtime. SOFLO Domestics
