May also perform general food service work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.Greets, directs, and responds to guest's questions and needs.Understand menu offerings, presentation and pricing.Supervises multiple frictionless market stands. Responsible for reporting employee concerns to management.Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.Follows food safety/sanitation guidelines.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year leadership experience, promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale, has exceptional attention to detail and is committed to always providing a memorable guest experience.
