Job Title: Food Service Worker - Retail
Location: Marquette, MI
Pay: $15.48 per Hour

What’s the Job?
- Under routine supervision, perform a variety of duties necessary for the daily maintenance, operation and supervision of employees in a retail operation. 
- Provide skills and perform duties in the preparation and resale of various food, beverage and retails items. 
- Ensure success through excellent customer service and maintenance of retail operation standards.
- Customer and Personal Service-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to assess customer orders, kitchen tickets, and expedite food from the kitchen to service team. 

What’s Needed?
- Full time, temp to perm for the right person.
- Shifts between the hours of 10:30am - 8:30 pm
- Weekend work is a needed…could flex a bit with a weekend here and there off.
- High School Graduation or Equivalent
- Preferred: three years' experience in retail/convenience store and/or retail restaurant. One year experience utilizing computerized cash registers and handling cash. One year experience in a retail restaurant or convenience store cooking, short order, grill, and/or pizza preparation.
