Our next major hiring season begins in the
fall for Arena-based positions at the
Kaiser Permanente Arena , home of the Santa Cruz Warriors. These roles are primarily suited for applicants
18 and older and offer a fun, high-energy environment during the basketball season.

Job Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service in a fun and lively environment
- Prepare and serve food efficiently while upholding quality standards
- Follow all state laws and company policies regarding alcohol sales (18+)
- Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Comply with grooming guidelines, including specific policies to comply with food safety and also limitations on certain facial piercings. (Specifics can be discussed.)
- Be prepared to work some night shifts, as everyone shares responsibility for covering these busy times
Who We're Looking For: We're seeking team players who can deliver on the responsibilities of the role:
- Applicants need to be 14 years or older (We have very limited positions for 14-15 year olds; 16+ preferred )
- Availability for most weekends, Spring Break, and summer (Arena availability and needs varies.)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently in a busy and loud environment
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness, including adhering to food handling guidelines and grooming standards
- Willingness to learn and grow through our paid training: Virtual orientation, hands-on training, Food Handlers Card, and Responsible Beverage Service training (18+)
Wages & Tips: Starting pay range is below. All positions include tips averaging around $4/hour, bringing total hourly earnings close to
$20 or more depending on role and age
- $17.50/hour for 18+
- $17.00/hour for 16-17 years old
- $16.50/hour for the few positions available for 14-15 year olds
