Position Overview: As a Residential Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional interior design services to our residential clients. This position combines the art of design with the skills of inside sales to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct consultations with residential clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.
* Collaborate with clients to create personalized design proposals, including mood boards, color schemes, and furniture selections.
* Provide product knowledge and design expertise to guide clients through the selection of furnishings, accessories, and decor.
* Generate and close sales by effectively communicating the value of our design services and products.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, design preferences, and purchase history.
* Stay informed about current design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in residential and inside sales.
* Strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity and style.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and interpret clients' design preferences and translate them into cohesive design concepts.
* Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficient in design software and tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field would be nice.
