A leading Arizona-based general contractor with a strong reputation in ground-up commercial and public sector construction is seeking an experienced Federal Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. This firm is recognized for its strong company culture, long-tenured staff, and commitment to delivering high-quality projects across the Southwest.


The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor, ideally focused on federal, military, or public sector work
  
  
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes , including RFPs, design-build pursuits, and negotiated contracts
  
  
• Experience with projects ranging from $10M-$100M+
  
  
• Ability to collaborate closely with project management, preconstruction, and executive leadership teams
  
  
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
