Job Description

Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate various types of farm equipment: sprayers, combines, semis with grain trailers, large tractors, trucks, pickups, and all the implements associated. Keep detailed electronic records of all applications and inventory with the use of our software systems. Assist onsite manager with field crop production processes. Planning of production resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, tools, facilities, and raw materials, needed to execute dryland crop production. Verify and enter accurate reports and data for inventory and process management through online and computer systems. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and facilities when instructed. Participate in other duties as assigned when not involved in specific crop activities. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Currently hold or plan to obtain pesticide applicators license. Semi Truck Driving experience required. Experience with computer applications and mobile applications. Must be at least 21 years of age. Able to work in variable weather, stand, bend twist, lift, pull, push, and turn items up to 50 pounds. Able to work overtime and weekends when necessary. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in group settings and independently. Mechanical skills and large equipment maintenance experience.
