Position Overview Seeking a
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient team in Central New Jersey. This position offers:
- A balanced, full-scope primary care practice

Schedule & Workload - 40 clinical hours per week
- Flexible weekday schedules: 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts
- Saturday rotation: ~1 in 6
- Home call: ~1 in 9
- Outpatient only, no inpatient or hospital rounding
Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation using dictation (M-Modal) and/or scribe support
- Utilize telehealth to manage patient needs between visits
- Lead with integrity, initiative, and commitment to a patient-first philosophy
Qualifications - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA
- Excellent bedside and webside manner
- Strong technical proficiency and EMR familiarity
- Background, reference, and malpractice clearance required
- J-1 waiver eligible
