• Full-time (4.5 days/week with one afternoon off) Part-time options available (3.54 days/week)

• Practice Hours:
  • MondayFriday: 8 AM5 PM; Saturday: 8 AM12 PM (rotational coverage, single physician)
• Reasonable Call Schedule:
  • Shared call rotation among 67 providers

Your Role

• Provide high-quality care to adults (16+), including preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions
• Care for an average of 15 patients per day, ensuring meaningful interactions and exceptional outcomes
• Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and experienced support staff
