Tonna Mechanical is looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman in Rochester, MN.

Applicant Must Have:

Experience leading Commercial projects/replacements and managing a team.
Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with general contractors and apprentices.
Understanding of mechanical drawings and symbols.
Basic knowledge of current mechanical codes.
Experience measuring and submitting duct fittings for fabrication.
Ability to effectively organize materials needed and schedule manpower accordingly.
Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork installations.
Highly organized, attention to detail, with exceptional follow-through abilities.
1+ years’ experience running projects/replacements
Basic knowledge of project management and progression of the construction process.
Strong desire to continue to grow and expand knowledge and abilities of the trade.
A competitive individual contributor who is a team player.
Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude.
Clean, safe driving record.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation based on experience and qualification; room for advancement.

Hours of operation are from 7 am – 5 pm Monday through Thurday. Fridays and overtime hours may be required. Applicants may be required lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and ladders, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, drug screens, and training requirements.
