Shift: Days Only (No Nights or Evenings)

Position Overview:
We are hiring an Experienced Day Cleaner to join our cleaning team in Brooklyn Park, MN. This position is strictly day shifts only — ideal for individuals who want steady daytime work with no night or evening commitments.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and sanitary.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (typical shifts)
Flexible hours available within daytime window
No weekends or holidays required (optional based on location)
Absolutely no night shifts
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
Restock bathroom and cleaning supplies
Empty trash and recycling bins
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of prior cleaning experience (commercial or residential)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be physically active during shift
Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and follow cleaning checklists
Pass background screening
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Preferred (Not Required):
Familiarity with cleaning equipment (buffer, floor scrubber, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
Customer service experience (for occupied office spaces)
