Are you ready to be part of the action behind one of the world’s most iconic automotive events? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Exhibit Coordinator to help make the New York International Auto Show an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do

As Exhibit Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations— working directly with customers you manage contracts, invoices, and logistics for exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers. From creating contracts to tracking payments and coordinating exhibit space, your organizational and communication skills will make every detail count.

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated professional with 2-4 years of relevant experience who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), including advanced Excel skills like pivot tables, advanced formulas and detailed formatting in all Office programs.
• A collaborative team player who values confidentiality and builds strong relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bonus points for experience with online tools like Hive, Mailchimp, eTix, Adobe Acrobat or similar platforms!

Compensation

This role offers a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year , based on your experience and expertise.
