Job Title: Executive Recruiter – Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our high-performing team in Charlotte, NC. This role will focus on sourcing and placing top-tier talent in engineering, supply chain, and operations leadership roles across a variety of industries. What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for executive-level roles in engineering, supply chain, and operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand talent needs and create targeted search strategies
• Proactively source, engage, and assess passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and internal tools
• Present qualified candidates with detailed write-ups, ensuring a smooth and consultative interview process
• Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS (Bullhorn experience preferred)
• Build a strong pipeline of industry-specific talent and stay up to date on hiring trends

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in executive or high-level recruiting, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain verticals
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS systems is a plus
