Executive Creative Director

We're seeking an innovative and strategic Executive Creative Director to lead the development and execution of a compelling brand communication strategy. This role is responsible for shaping the brand voice, driving creative excellence, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in brand strategy, advertising, and leading high-performing creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a seamless and integrated brand experience across all marketing channels.
• Lead the creative strategy for advertising, digital marketing, in-store communications, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure all creative executions align with the brand identity, personality, and overall marketing objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
• Drive operational efficiencies in the creative process to optimize cost and speed to market.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand management, or advertising.
• Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Expertise in design, storytelling, and user experience principles.
• Experience in retail marketing and in-store branding is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
