Compensation: $15/hr Flexible scheduling: Part-Time – afternoon, evenings & weekend shifts available The Spirit of the Position The Event Staff / Garage Attendant is the front line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers entering and exiting the facility. The position requires cash/credit card handling, making correct change, monitoring transactions, directing traffic, and more. Referral Rewards

• 50 for a hired PT referral
• 100 for a hired FT referral
• 250 for any referral in good standing after 90 days

Collect parking fees and provide correct change. Handle different types of parkers (tenants, visitors, employees, administration, etc.). Provide information about surroundings and building area. Complete the daily report. Assist in staffing exit or entry booth during peak hours. Communicate with management, supervisors and traffic directors. Answer customer service questions concerning parking and general inquiries. Determine traffic flow during equipment failure or construction periods. Demonstrate urgency and timeliness. Seek continuous improvement. Field additional duties as assigned. Skills Willingness to be flexible and work multiple facility locations. Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations. Proficient in spoken and written English. Independent decision-making and determination. Physical Demands Acceptable to work in the elements. Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
