As an integral part of our event management process, you will play a key role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the high standards our clients expect. Whether you are assisting with setup, engaging with guests, or ensuring that all operational aspects of the event are handled seamlessly, your contribution will be vital to the success of our events. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including staging, seating, and decor arrangements. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Provide logistical support during events, such as directing traffic, managing queues, and ensuring guests have what they need. Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Assist in the coordination of event activities, including workshops, presentations, and entertainment. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Previous experience in event staff, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends, based on event schedules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations during events. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when required.
