Job Title: Estimator (Structural Steel)
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
Location: North Dallas

Your Role
✔️ Prepare budgets, estimates & proposals for steel erection projects
✔️ Perform quantity take-offs & site visits (as needed)
✔️ Use industry software to create accurate estimates
✔️ Collaborate with vendors, suppliers & team members
✔️ Ensure OSHA & AISC compliance
✔️ Help manage subcontractor bids & negotiations
✔️ Support project handovers to operations staff
What You Need
✅ 5+ years commercial construction estimating experience
✅ 3+ years in the steel industry
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Experience with Onscreen Takeoff (Planswift, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with 3D BIM software (Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
✅ Strong communication & organization skills
✅ Ability to work independently & manage multiple deadlines
Education:
🎓 Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar OR relevant technical training/internship experience
