Estimator (Residential, Mixed-Use & Affordable Housing) – West Palm Beach, FL Role focused on residential, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects with strong compensation and benefits. What You’ll Do: Prepare detailed estimates for multiple projects across varying market sectors and contract types. Conduct quantity take-offs using software tools such as Bluebeam or Onscreen. Review specifications and drawings, determine scope of work, and assess potential project risks. Develop conceptual, schematic, and final construction estimates, including variance reports. Assist with subcontract awards, purchase orders, and preconstruction processes as needed. Who You Are: 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical/field experience. Minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience with a solid understanding of cost control and engineering. Familiar with industry-standard estimating procedures and regional construction markets. Excellent communicator and collaborator, tactful and diplomatic with clients, subcontractors, and teammates.
