Who We Need!

We are looking for energetic, hard working entry level sales people who are always looking to excel and expand their opportunities. Self-motivated individuals with a passion to connect with people and generate interest in our products and services. Sales experience is not required- we provide the training!! There are growth opportunities for the right candidates.

As an Entry Level Sales representative with MLM Home Improvement, you'll be working alongside and learning from the best representatives in the roofing industry. You will be trained on door to door sales communication and techniques, how to educate the prospective homeowner, how to identify storm damage, and how to turn a lead into a sale.

Entry Level Sales Compensation

Base salary for this role is $34,000 annually with uncapped commission potential.

Entry Level Sales Responsibilities

• Market MLM's products and services and generate interest in our custom home solutions
• This is a door to door role that will be performed outside, in most elements
• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 11:00am 7:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am 2:00pm
• No prior sales or home improvement knowledge needed. All you need is the desire to learn and we'll provide you with the training and skills needed to be successful!
