Main responsibilities of the role:

Position Purpose: Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems.
• Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
• Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation.
• Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes.
• Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications.
• Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units.
• Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures.

• If selected to move forward, you will interview with the client for the role.
• Get trained remotely. You’ll learn everything you need to start your new role. Learning from experts from mthree who have decades of experience, you'll be taught the skills that the role requires. Training is completely free, and there are no hidden costs or catches.
• After successfully completing training, you will work on-site with our client as our consultant. Where we will work with you and the client to enhance your skills with the goal of having you join the client directly.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.  The base pay rate for this position is $47,000-$48,000 USD to start.  This pay rate represents mthree’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting and based on the locations listed in the job advertisement. It is anticipated that qualified candidates selected for a placement will receive this pay rate as a starting salary once onsite with the mthree clients.

The stated salary and benefits package will be received once the training in the mthree Academy has been successfully completed and the candidate starts on-site with the mthree client. Trainees are paid a stipend of $125 USD for each day of training they attend (training can be 4-8 weeks); trainees must complete the course to receive payment for training. Training durations vary depending on training pathways and will be disclosed during the recruitment process.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
