Job Description
Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Electro/Mechanical Assembly position. This position is a contract opportunity, with potential of long term/direct hire. The position will be on-site in Irvine, CA and would be thru the end of the year, potentially much longer.
Schedule: 5:30am - 2pm with OT. (OT in CA is not mandatory, but the manager is looking for individuals that understand and want to work OT to help get the team caught up).
Summary
The Electro/Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for cabling/harnessing work and ability to follow drawings and assemble/reassemble various components within computer systems and related.
Qualified candidates would have the following:
* Looking for anyone that has strong in Electronic/Mechanical assembly (NOT ELECTRICAL)
* Cabling and/or harnessing exp is a big plus.
* Reading drawings and building from drawings.
* Hand tools, cutter, screwdrivers. Familiarity with crimping tools.
