Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring for Night Dispatchers in Nashville, TN!!!

Our Dispatchers are responsible for assisting drivers with complex issues efficiently and effectively, while thinking of creative solutions to facilitate the safe transport of freight.

Schedule Options Available:

4 Day Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Two weeknights (determined on hire)

3 Day Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally.
• Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts.
• Accurate data entry of the company computer systems.
• Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Provides clear work instructions to drivers.
• Demonstrates high resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient communicator (English Proficient).
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
