  • Ensure the scalability, availability, and resilience of core systems including policy admin, claims, billing, and CRM.
  • Oversee DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and secure deployment of software solutions.

Data, Analytics & Security

  • Build and manage modern data platforms supporting actuarial modeling, underwriting insights, and risk assessment.

  • Evaluate and implement third-party APIs, core systems, and other technology platforms.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 3+ years in a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director-level role.
  • Deep understanding of homeowner’s or property & casualty insurance.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture, governance, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Socotra, BriteCore, or custom solutions.
  • Strong background in agile development, microservices, and API-first architecture.
  • Demonstrated success with data engineering, analytics, and security.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to drive execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong vendor management and technology evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience launching direct-to-consumer or embedded insurance products.
  • Knowledge of the insurtech landscape and innovation trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., DOI filings, NAIC standards, cyber laws).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Leadership Impact: Play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and business growth.
  • Innovative Environment: Join a forward-thinking team focused on redefining the insurance industry.
