Job Title : Director of Rehab

Location: Lodi CA 95240

Pay rate: $60/hourly

Shift: 8:00 AM:4:30 PM

Duration: Permanent

(Only for US Citizens)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Develop and implement policies procedures and programs for the department.
• Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure highquality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage departmental budget resources and equipment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and departmental performance.
• Stay current with advancements in rehabilitation techniques and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or SpeechLanguage Pathology.
• Current state licensure in relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR).
