An innovative, short-stay, high acuity facility for clinical & rehabilitative care

Great place for new grads - offering support & mentorship

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Setting: Post-Acute, Rehabilitative Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospital

  • Beautifully renovated 119-bed, post-acute care facility located on the St. Francis Kupuna Health Care Village in the heart of Honolulu.
  • Offers short-stay, high acuity clinical and rehabilitative care.
  • Provides intensive care for patients until they can safely return home or move to a long-term care facility.
  • The rehabilitation team (physical, occupational and speech therapy) provides inpatient evaluation and treatment of both neurological and orthopedic disorders with a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach.

Qualifications:

  • Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
  • Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
