Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving reAlpha's online presence and lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and analyzing web data to optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative marketing and a proven track record of driving growth through targeted digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Strategy: Lead the social media program, from content creation to paid advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Website Optimization: Develop and execute digital campaigns for direct-to-consumer websites to enhance engagement.
- Content Team Leadership: Oversee content teams, including metadata and SEO specialists, to optimize digital presence.
- SEO & SEM Management: Shape and execute search engine marketing strategies, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Creative Content Development: Design visuals and videos to enhance various digital initiatives, including social media and email marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Provide performance reports to assess marketing activities against KPIs and ROI.
- Event & Webinar Marketing: Organize digital events to boost visibility and lead generation.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong background in Digital Marketing with a focus on campaign creation and execution.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
