As a key member of our digital marketing team, our Account Managers have the opportunity to work in a creative team that utilizes ingenuity and cutting-edge digital marketing tactics, including Search Engine Optimization, Paid Placement Management, Email Marketing, Retargeting, Brand Messaging, and Communications. At Half Dome Partners, we are constantly challenged with hands-on problem-solving exercises, the outcome of which will make a measurable difference to the bottom line of our clients. The Account Manager Position supports a wide range of strategic communications initiatives, writing engaging content and analyzing the overall effectiveness of our outreach efforts. Qualities we are looking for: The best fit for us will be someone who has the ability to solve problems creatively, learn quickly and constantly, drawing conclusions from past work performance and pivoting active strategies with your findings. Other characteristics we’re looking for include comfort and experience in written and verbal communications, and a bachelor’s degree in English, advertising, journalism, communications, marketing, new media, or public relations. You must be able to communicate numbers and the results of data analyses in a coherent manner. Skills we’d like you to have: You must be able to work through each aspect of our business process: learning our client’s business inside and out, measuring the successes and failures of client’s past or existing performance, comparing our client’s performance to that of industry leaders, creating a plan to position our clients as leaders in their industry, executing the plan we develop, and improving upon the plan as results come in. High-quality written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as excellent computer skills. You must be able to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects at once and possess the ability to meet production deadlines. Your Duties and Responsibilities: Developing digital marketing strategies by studying client goals, past performance, competitor behavior, market conditions and matching these elements with appropriate digital marketing tools. Planning and executing all web, SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns. Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and comparing against stated goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests (including A/B, multivariate, etc.). Creating effective landing pages and optimizing user experience. Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance across channels. Identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizing user funnels. Developing and managing excellent vendor relationships related to your role. Analyzing data and trends to formulate marketing plans and gain an understanding of the market and our user base. Generating, organizing, and managing written, image-based, and other editorial content, with consideration for tone, messaging guidelines, and other general outreach initiatives. Experience with Google Analytics. Certification a plus. Experience with Google Ads. Certification a plus. Experience with Content Management Platforms (WordPress a must) Experience with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Ability to manage multiple projects within time constraints. Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt, learn, and contribute to a constantly changing environment Basic Photoshop/Canva photo editing/design skills Experience with email marketing tools such as MailChimp Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics Experience executing a wide range of marketing campaigns Experience juggling multiple projects at the same time Comprehensive understanding of digital channels and data tracking.
