• Handle processing, data entry, etc.
• Big part of the job is batching – handling outgoing mail (letters created in house, letters have to have a company forms and applications, copy of documents)
• Batchers responsible for letter and other documentation required is inserted into an envelope (include business reply envelope included as well)
• Risk is data privacy (if not focusing, may pick up a letter for someone and put letters for the wrong person in each letter and the recipient receives that person financial information)
• Repetitive process – solution services team processes letters each day, and some letters have to be mailed, faxed out, overnighted, etc. (get letters from compliance faxed out overnight, etc.)
• Sole responsibility is batching / could be assisting the call center with any back up calls needed at times

Qualifications

• Data entry experience is required (2+ years of experience)
• Strong attention to detail / accuracy is very important
• Must complete a 1 minute typing assessment (looking for minimum of 35 wpm and 100% accuracy)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
