Job Description

SUMMARY

MorseLife Health System is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Support Analyst to play a pivotal role in our data-driven transformation. This is an on-site position at our West Palm Beach campus. You will bridge our expanding Business Units—Sales/Marketing, Foundation/HLE, Clinical Operations, Finance, and beyond—ensuring data integrity and timely insights. Under the direct mentorship of the Director of BI, AI, & Development, you’ll gain hands-on experience with our BI stack and AI-driven analytics tools while driving impactful change across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our growth roadmap and drive impactful change across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field, OR completion of a data analytics bootcamp.
  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience with data in any capacity (internships, projects, or professional).

Technical Skills

  • Required: SQL (basic querying), Excel (intermediate formulas), familiarity with one BI tool (Tableau or Power BI). Tableau is the primary BI Tool used.
  • Preferred (or willingness to learn): Python or R scripting, ETL frameworks, AI-assist platforms for data tasks.
  • Basic understanding of database concepts and data quality principles.
  • Salesforce experience preferred

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in collecting, validating, and cleaning data from multiple sources (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, call tracking, spreadsheets, and other data sources).
  • Execute predefined ETL pipelines; monitor for errors and escalate issues.
  • Refresh and distribute templated dashboards and scheduled reports.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses by preparing datasets and drafting first-pass insights.
  • Update and maintain data documentation: data dictionaries, flow diagrams, and process guides.
  • Help administer Salesforce: user imports/exports, basic configuration, and data integrity checks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requests and prepare visualizations under direction.
  • Contribute to data governance by flagging quality issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Participate in 1:1 coaching sessions on analytics best practices and BI tools.
  • Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth data operations.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management, governance, and analytics techniques.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly data reviews pertaining to the various product lines to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in risk management data analysis for the VP of Sales, Marketing, Public Affairs, & General Counsel.
