Job Description

We are seeking a third shift customer service representative. This role serves as a key point of contact for General Motors (GM) requesters, service providers, and facility managers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of facility service requests. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to grow within a global real estate and facilities management leader.

salary: $14.99 - $15 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 8 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from GM employees and facility requesters, providing courteous and efficient support.
• Make outbound calls to service providers and facility managers to coordinate service updates, confirm work completion, or follow up on open requests.
• Accurately log, process, and track service requests in Corrigo, JLL's cloud-based work order management system.
• Prioritize and assign requests according to urgency and established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure prompt resolution of facility-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and updates within Corrigo.
