Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, making pizzas, and providing outstanding service with a smile. We're searching for individuals with a friendly attitude, efficiency, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all kitchen and store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products to company standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members both in-person and over the phone.
• Conduct inventory checks and complete related paperwork.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and the facility.

Requirements:

• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Proficient in making correct monetary change.
• Strong motor coordination for precise, quick movements.
• Comfortable entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs as needed.
