Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and efficient Meal Prep Chef to join our team. This role is hands-on and dynamic, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in consistently producing high-quality meals.

This is not just a cooking job—you’ll also be involved in testing recipes, refining sauces and marinades, and contributing to our weekly menu development to keep things fresh, efficient, and exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in large-batch meal production on Sundays (main cook day)
• Maintain high standards of food safety, consistency, and efficiency
• Execute recipes and plating according to company standards
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and test new recipes
• Help improve existing menu items and streamline cooking/prep processes
• Keep a clean and organized work station during fast-paced service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, catering, or meal prep production
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Passion for healthy eating, flavor balance, and creative cooking
• Ability to follow recipes and batch cook with precision
• Comfortable working under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
• Culinary certification is a plus, but not required
