TOP 5 SKILLS

• Journey mapping and mural experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially with regards to PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct end-to-end gap analysis and measurement, change management, strategy alignment and creativity to optimize the consumer experience.
• Ability to lead experience workshops in order to formulate recommended solutions and gain consumer insights to optimize the customer experience.

This role is part of the Brand and Communications customer experience transformation team. The work focuses on driving consistency across customer communications and touchpoints for all products. This individual will partner to document and create various customer communication journeys. They will be exposed to various parts of the business, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency across Brand voice and look and feel as well as develop a detailed view of customer communications by journey. They will be exposed to the teams that own these communications, and the teams that manage the systems that send those communications. This person will analyze and use customer survey data to help inform the direction and focus of their efforts.


They will also help inform the future state of communications, as they work with stakeholders in CX, Design, Technology, Advertising, as well as various program/product managers. Overall, this person will support commitment to create an exceptional customer experience, by improving our Communications and Brand Relevance and Brand Differentiation.


Pay Range: $40 - $42/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
