Project Manager – Federal Construction

Location: Alexandria, LA

Company Overview:
Join a well-established general contractor with a strong presence in federal construction projects on military and federal installations. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage federal projects, ensuring excellence in execution and maintaining their trajectory of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead Project Manager, overseeing multiple construction projects on federal installations/military bases.
• Manage contracts such as JOC, IDIQ, SABER, MATOC, or other task order contracts for Department of Defense clients, including USACE, NAVFAC, Air Force, or other federal agencies.
• Lead and execute construction projects typically valued up to $1M.
• Perform detailed cost estimating using software such as e4clicks and RS Means.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years serving as a lead Project Manager on federal construction projects.
  • Hands-on experience with task order contracts and federal agency projects.
• Skills:
  • Strong estimating skills with proficiency in e4clicks and/or RS Means.
• Education: A 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $100K-120K annually, commensurate with experience.
