Job Details We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements, and adoption. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including litigation, mediation, and negotiation.
• Provide legal guidance on divorce, child custody, support agreements, and other domestic relations matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court motions.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research to stay current on family law statutes and case law.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Work with financial experts, counselors, and other professionals when necessary.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout their cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in IA
• 2+ years of experience in family law (preferred).
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged cases with professionalism and compassion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management skills.
