Job Description

Hiring Concrete Project Managers! You'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success, managing concrete projects. The right candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and able to work under tight deadlines in the fast-paced construction industry.

Concrete Project Manager Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager on concrete construction projects including structural concrete, flatwork, tilt-wall, and architectural.
* Strong communication skills, able to lead meetings with clients
* Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Procore
* Construction Management or an Engineering degree is preferred

Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities

* Collaborate with engineers, architects and other workers in the same project
* Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
* Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
* Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
* Report project progress and budget to client
* Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
* Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
